These Terms describe use of DaynQor, operated by Ilaaliye.
1. The service and operator
DaynQor, operated by Ilaaliye, helps businesses record customer debts (Owe), payments (Paid), reversals, balances, reports and statements. It is a record-keeping service, not a bank, lender or payment processor. This version has no subscriptions, billing or in-app payments. The public website is daynqor.ilaaliye.com and the customer app is app.daynqor.ilaaliye.com.
Contact: info@ilaaliye.com.
2. Eligibility, registration and account security
- Register using accurate account information and an email address you control. Verify your email before creating or joining a business. Use the service only where you may lawfully do so and where you have authority to act for the business.
- Keep passwords and sign-in links private, use your own account rather than sharing credentials, and tell info@ilaaliye.com about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for actions you authorize through your account.
- Google sign-in is optional where configured. It verifies identity and does not give DaynQor access to your Gmail or Google files.
- Registration requires explicit acceptance through an initially unchecked control. The app records the accepted version and time. Existing accounts must review and accept the current app version before continuing business features.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into these Terms. If you use DaynQor for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that business.
3. Business ownership, membership and transfer
- Every active business must have one active Owner. The Owner manages the business profile, team, invitations, access, exports, archives and restore, and can transfer ownership to an eligible active, verified staff member.
- Staff can manage customers, record and reverse transactions, import spreadsheets, view analytics and prepare statements within their permissions. They cannot administer the team, download complete exports or restore archives.
- The Owner should remove access that is no longer needed. Staff may leave a business. Before leaving or deleting their account, an Owner must transfer ownership or permanently delete the business; do not abandon a business without an eligible Owner.
- An Owner can permanently delete a business after reviewing its record counts and export options, reauthenticating and confirming its exact name. This affects all of its staff and cannot be undone. Retention holds can block deletion, and a suspended business remains subject to ownership safeguards; contact support if you need help.
4. Your records and permitted use
Your business remains responsible for the records it enters and the rights it has in them. Providing records to DaynQor does not itself transfer ownership of those records to Ilaaliye. You must have authority to record, access and share customer information and must comply with applicable law.
Ilaaliye uses records to provide, secure, support and recover the service as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not enter information that is unnecessary for your legitimate business records or send unnecessary customer data in a support conversation.
You give Ilaaliye permission to host, copy, process, back up, export and recover your business records only as needed to provide, secure and support DaynQor for you. Ilaaliye processes customer records on your business’s behalf and does not use them for any other purpose.
5. Accuracy, reversals and audit history
You are responsible for checking customer identities, amounts, dates, currency and descriptions before saving and before sharing statements. A balance reflects recorded entries; DaynQor does not independently verify whether an underlying debt or payment is valid.
Posted ledger entries cannot be edited or deleted through normal use. Correct a mistake with a reasoned reversal and, where needed, a new correct entry. Original entries and their reversals remain visible. The service also records important account and business actions in an audit history; it does not provide a guarantee of unlimited audit-log retention.
6. Statements, email and messaging
Review recipients and statement contents before generating or sharing them. Statement emails are sent only on a user’s instruction. “Accepted by mail server” means provider acceptance, not proof of inbox receipt or reading. WhatsApp/SMS handoffs are “Prepared”: they open your own messaging app, and you decide what to attach and send.
7. Imports, exports and archives
Imports accept bounded files, currently up to 500 data rows, with preview and confirmation. An import is applied completely or not at all. Review its contents before confirming. Complete exports and business archives are Owner-only and have documented size limits; narrower filters or date ranges may be necessary.
Archive restore adds missing records into the same business after preview and explicit confirmation. It does not overwrite existing financial history. Keep your own secure copies of important exports. An archive is not a transfer of membership or a way to clone another business’s access rights.
8. Acceptable use
- Do not use DaynQor unlawfully, impersonate others or record information you have no authority to process.
- Do not try to access another account or business without permission, bypass role checks or rate limits, or share stolen credentials.
- Do not upload malicious files, disrupt the service or conduct unauthorized security testing.
- Do not use invitations, statements, feedback or support conversations to harass people, disclose unnecessary personal data or send spam.
9. Suspension and disabled accounts
Authorized administrators can suspend a business or disable an account to protect the service or address misuse. Suspension blocks access to the business without deleting its records. If you believe an action is mistaken, contact info@ilaaliye.com. Suspension and deletion are different actions.
10. Permanent account deletion
The app includes My account → Delete Account. It requires explicit permanent-deletion confirmation, typing DELETE and reauthentication using your current password, or your linked Google account where no password is set. Successful deletion clears account profile contact details and sign-in credentials, revokes sessions and removes conversations submitted by that account.
For every business you own, first transfer it to an eligible active member or permanently delete it. Ownership of a suspended business and remaining administration responsibilities can also block deletion; contact support for unresolved ownership issues.
Deletion does not erase another person’s active business or its legitimate financial history. Persistent actor references, audit records and information in other people’s records may remain. The Privacy Policy explains the scope and limitations, including retained backup copies and privacy requests beyond the account controls.
11. Retention, backups and recovery limits
Ilaaliye has selected retention targets including 30 days for encrypted backups, 90 days for authentication/security logs, 12 months for detailed audit logs and 6 months after support resolution. Automatic cleanup for some of these is still being put in place, so some records can remain longer than the target. The retention table distinguishes targets from enforced link and preview expiry.
Backups can retain earlier information after account deletion until their scheduled expiry. Immediate erasure from immutable backup copies is not promised. Infrastructure backups are intended for service recovery, not an on-demand undo facility for individual changes. Recovery must respect confirmed account deletions rather than silently restoring account access.
12. Availability and service changes
DaynQor may be unavailable during maintenance, failures or external-provider interruptions. Continuous availability, error-free operation and recovery within a particular time are not guaranteed. Features may change; keep secure copies of records important to your business.
13. Support and Feedback
Public support and privacy contact: info@ilaaliye.com. Signed-in users can open separate Support and Feedback interfaces in Settings, read stored conversations and replies, respond while a conversation is open, and reopen a resolved conversation. Authorized administrators and Support personnel can read those messages. Do not include passwords, sign-in links or customer details that are unnecessary to explain the issue. No response-time commitment, 24-hour staffing or live-chat availability is offered.
14. Intellectual property
Ilaaliye retains its rights in DaynQor software, branding and service materials. Businesses retain their rights in the records they provide. Using the service does not transfer ownership of either party’s materials. Third-party materials remain subject to their applicable rights and licenses.
Ilaaliye gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use DaynQor for your business while you follow these Terms. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or build a competing service from the DaynQor software or service materials, except where the law allows it.
15. Limitation of liability and disputes
DaynQor is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, Ilaaliye gives no warranties beyond those stated in these Terms and is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost profits or revenue, or losses caused by records you or your staff entered, sent or shared. Ilaaliye’s total liability for all claims relating to DaynQor is limited to USD 100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
If you have a complaint or dispute about DaynQor, contact info@ilaaliye.com first and we will try to resolve it informally. Nothing in these Terms removes rights you have under laws that apply to you and cannot be changed by agreement.
16. Changes to these Terms
The version and dates above identify these Terms; the DaynQor app shows the same version. We announce material changes in the app at least 14 days before they take effect, except changes needed for security or required by law, which can apply sooner. Business features continue only after you accept the new version.
17. Contact and privacy requests
Questions about these Terms, account access or business ownership: info@ilaaliye.com. Personal-information requests: info@ilaaliye.com. See the contact page for help and the Privacy Policy for data handling and retention.
